The Challenge

Rose Los Angeles is a cannabis brand who specialize in creating distinctive and unique “Delights” - THC and CBD edibles with original flavors and the texture of turkish delight. They also sell capsules, chocolate and apparel derived from hemp. 

Given the advertiser restrictions faced by cannabis products, we were challenged to find ways to pique interest and purchase intent in creative ways without speaking directly about cannabis or THC. Rose were also finding difficulties in keeping their high MoM spend on Meta consistent, and along with that, a strong and consistent ROAS.

The Solution

Social House performed a number of in-depth audits of performance on the Meta account for the 12 months prior to start, pulling insights on campaign structuring, creative performance, audience targeting and conversion data. Through a new strategic approach, we were able to increase ROAS while keeping spend high, identify new audiences, effectively retarget existing customers and guide creative production to better optimize for Paid. 

We were also able to help inform creative production needs and schedules given the high-involvement account that needed consistent creative refresh to keep interest strong.
