As expected, Instagram is now offering a comment filter to their users. The social platform is rolling out comment moderation via a customizable keyword filter. While all the usual profile options like blocking accounts and reporting offensive content will still be available, Instagram hopes that the tool will continue to encourage a positive environment to users.

With Snapchat being one of the most talked about social platforms in the game, brands are jumping on the bandwagon to create inspirational organic content. With such a consumer based demographic, Snapchat has become a staple for relevant and fresh social content. In a bold move to capture more everyday photos, Instagram has introduced “stories,” a new feature that lets users share candid content that is available for only 24 hours from the time of posting. The feature is nearly identical to Snapchat with some small differences.
